Knoblauch und Chili sehr klein schneiden, Limette auspressen und Petersilie fein hacken. Zu den Pinienkernen ordentlich Oliven\u00f6l geben (ich sch\u00e4tze mal 6-8 EL) und  Knoblauch sowie Chili kurz anbraten, einige EL (etwa 4-6!?) vom gesalzenen Nudelwasser dazugeben (Vorsicht- das spritzt!) und warm halten. Wenn die Nudeln fertig sind noch den Limettensaft unterr\u00fchren und die Mischung \u00fcber die Nudeln geben. Die gehackte Petersilie dar\u00fcber streuen und alles gut vermengen.
