Kokosmilch, Erdnussmus, Ahornsirup, Sojaso\u00dfe, Currypaste und gepresste Knoblauchzehe erw\u00e4rmen und ca. 10 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze etwas einkochen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und den Apfelessig einr\u00fchren. Abk\u00fchlen lassen und mit einem Schneebesen das Sojamehl untermischen. Eine runde Form mit Bl\u00e4tterteig auslegen, den Broccoli darauf verteilen und die Erdnussmasse dar\u00fcbergie\u00dfen.
