Eine Viertelstunde stehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Dann das abgewogene Mehl und die 4 EL Sojajoghurt sowie 1 TL Salz dazugeben und zu einem Teig verkneten. An einem warmen Ort ca. 45 minuten gehen lassen. In 8 Portionen teilen, zu Fladen ausrollen und in einer Pfanne ohne Fett pro Seite 1-2 Minuten backen (bis der Teig Blasen schl\u00e4gt).
