Zwiebel und Knoblauch grob zerkleinern und mitkochen. Wenn die Linsen weich sind, das Wasser abgie\u00dfen. Tomatenmark unterr\u00fchren, einen Schu\u00df Wei\u00dfweinessig und einen Schu\u00df Oliven\u00f6l dazu. Das Besondere: Zimt! Am besten erstmal mit einem halben Teel\u00f6ffel voll probieren! Bei Bedarf geht nat\u00fcrlich auch mehr!
