Mit 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln, Pfeffer und Salz dar\u00fcber geben und gut mischen. Aus den Tomaten, klein gehackten Zwiebeln und Knoblauch, Kr\u00e4utern und Gew\u00fcrzen eine So\u00dfe mischen und gut mit dem Gem\u00fcse vermengen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei 180 Grad Umluft gut 1 Stunde backen. Vorm Rausnehmen testen ob die Kartoffeln weich sind!<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrenddessen aus Sojajoghurt, gurchgepresstem Knoblauch, Salz und Zitronensaft die So\u00dfe mischen.
