In wenig Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche bei geschlossenem Deckel weichkochen (bissfest). In der Zwischenzeit die Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne zun\u00e4chst ohne Fett r\u00f6sten, dann reichlich Oliven\u00f6l dazugeben, Knoblauch dazupressen und Rosinen einr\u00fchren. Alles in einen hohen Mixbecher geben, w\u00fcrzen und anschlie\u00dfend grob p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00e4tterteig ausrollen und die Masse darauf verteilen. Zusammenrollen, scheibenweise abschneiden und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech setzen.
