Den Wirsing putzen, von den dicken Stielen befreien und die Bl\u00e4tter in Streifen schneiden. In kochendem Salzwasser ca. 5 Minuten bissfest garen. Einige Streifen zur Seite legen.<\/p>\n<p>Den restlichen Wirsing mit \u00d6l, Waln\u00fcssen, Hafercreme\u00b4und\u00a0 Knoblauch p\u00fcrieren.
