Kohlrabi, M\u00f6hren und Sellerie sch\u00e4len und raspeln. Das Sojamehl untermischen und soviel Semmelbr\u00f6sel und Hartweizengrie\u00df zugeben bis eine gut formbare Masse entsteht.
