Mit etwas Salz bestreuen und einige Minuten mit den H\u00e4nden kneten. Mit Wasser absp\u00fclen und gut abtropfen lassen- eventuell noch ein bisschen trocken tupfen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Dressing Oliven\u00f6l, Essig, Cashewmus, Ahornsirup, Senf und Meerettich verr\u00fchren und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
