Das ergibt eine Riesenportion!<\/p>\n<p>Eisberg- und Romanasalat<\/p>\n<p>1 Dose Kidneybohnen<\/p>\n<p>1 Dose Mais<\/p>\n<p>2-3 Tomaten<\/p>\n<p>2- 3 Paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 rote Zwiebel<\/p>\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n<p>1El Chiliflocken<\/p>\n<p>1 gro\u00dfer Becher Sojajoghurt<\/p>\n<p>1 Zitrone<\/p>\n<p>1 Packung Sojaschnetzel<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00fcse und Salat putzen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Zwiebel und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. Mais und Kidneybohnen abtropfen lassen. Sojaschnetzel in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche quellen lassen. Den Joghurt mit dem Saft der Zitrone, Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Chili verr\u00fchren und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sojaschnetzel in einer Pfanne mit reichlich \u00d6l knusprig braten. Nun in einer sehr gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel alles schichten: Salate, Gem\u00fcse, Sojaschnetzel und obenauf das Dressing.
