Alex:<\/p>\n<p>Spaghetti , f\u00fcr 2 Personen<\/p>\n<p>300 Gramm Sojaschnetzel<\/p>\n<p>2 Schalotten<\/p>\n<p>1 Zehe Knoblauch<\/p>\n<p>1 gro\u00dfes D\u00f6schen Tomatenmark<\/p>\n<p>5-6 Champignons<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch kurz and\u00fcnsten , Champignons dazu geben und anbraten , dann das Veggie Hackfleisch (vorher quellen lassen) dazu geben und gut anbraten und mit Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen .Wenn das gut angebraten ist , das Tomatenmark dazugeben und kurz mitbraten , zwischenzeitlich Wasser aufkochen und dann das hei\u00dfe Wasser zu dem Angebratenen dazu geben , bis es eine Sauce ergibt . Je nach Geschmack kann man die Sauce auch mit ein bisschen Ketchup tomatiger machen .
