In der Zwischenzeit Zwiebel fein hacken und and\u00fcnsten, Paprika klein w\u00fcrfeln und dazugeben.Nur kurz weiterd\u00fcnsten. Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und Mehl, Backpulver, Sojamehl und Mandelmusaufstrich einr\u00fchren. Etwas Hafermilch dazugeben- es sollte eine z\u00e4he Masse entstehen. Schnittlauch und Petersilie kleinschneiden und mit dem abgetropften Mais unterr\u00fchren. Die Masse w\u00fcrzen und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
