Dann das Gem\u00fcse waschen und kleinschneiden. Zuerst die Aubergine \u00a0in \u00d6l anbraten, nach 5-6 Minuten Paprika und Pilze zugeben und ca. 5 Minuten weiterbraten. Die Zucchini zugeben und nochmal 3-4 Minuten braten. Das Gem\u00fcse sollte noch &#8220;Biss&#8221; haben.<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00fcse mit der Soja-Bolognese vermischen und die helle So\u00dfe herstellen:<\/p>\n<p>Margarine in einem kleinen Topf schmelzen, vom Herd nehmen und mit dem Mehl komplett verr\u00fchren. Die Hafermilch zugeben und wieder auf die hei\u00dfe Herdplatte stellen. Unter R\u00fchren warten bis die Masse andickt. Mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Mandelmusaufstrich <a href=\"http:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/?p=10\">nach Anleitung<\/a> herstellen.<\/p>\n<p>In einer feuerfesten Form zuerst Gem\u00fcseso\u00dfe verteilen, mit Lasagneplatten abdecken, wieder Gem\u00fcseso\u00dfe, Lasagneplatten etc. Mit Gem\u00fcseso\u00dfe abschlie\u00dfen und darauf die helle So\u00dfe verteilen.
