Abl\u00f6schen mit Kokosmilch. 1-3 TL Currypaste einr\u00fchren (variiert je nach Produkt). Gew\u00fcrfeltes Gem\u00fcse und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche dazu und ca. 8 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen bis das Gem\u00fcse weich, aber noch bissfest ist. Zum Schluss die Kichererbsen einr\u00fchren und kurz mitkochen.<\/p>\n<p>Parallel zu allem den Reis zubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Sehr gut passt Basmati &#8211; Reis.<\/p>\n<p>Aus den Resten mache ich kleine Puffer: Gem\u00fcse etwas st\u00e4rker w\u00fcrzen und p\u00fcrieren. Mit 2-3 EL Sojamehl mischen.Wenn die Masse zu fl\u00fcssig ist, etwas Hartweizengrie\u00df unterr\u00fchren. Mit einem EL kleine H\u00e4ufchen auf Backpapier setzen und bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 20 Minuten backen.
