W\u00e4hrenddessen Chilischoten entkernen und sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln, Korianderb\u00e4tter abzupfen und fein hacken, Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln. Die Paprikaschoten oben aufschneiden und wei\u00dfe Trennw\u00e4nde und Kerne entfernen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zwiebel and\u00fcnsten, Sojaschnetzel dazugeben und kr\u00e4ftig anbraten. Die Kartoffeln mit der Hand grob zerdr\u00fccken und dazugeben, ebenso wie die Chilist\u00fcckchen. Am Ende den Koriander untermischen. Mit ca.1 TL Garam Masala, etwas Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Masse in die Paprikaschoten f\u00fcllen und diese in eine Auflaufform setzen. Aus der restlichen masse mit den gehackten Tomaten eine dickfl\u00fcssige So\u00dfe anr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auflaufform bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 20 Minuten im Backofen lassen.
