Seitdem mache ich den Pizzateig jedenfalls immer so:<\/p>\n<p>500g Mehl<\/p>\n<p>275ml Wasser (lauwarm)<\/p>\n<p>1 W\u00fcrfel Hefe<\/p>\n<p>4 EL \u00d6l<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 TL Salz<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hefe so gut wie m\u00f6glich im Wasser aufl\u00f6sen, alles zusammen zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.
