Sie hat es f\u00fcr mich gekocht und ich war sehr begeistert!<\/p>\n<p>Linsen nach Packungsanweisung kochen. W\u00e4hrenddessen die Zwiebel und den Koblauch sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Staudensellerie putzen und in feine Streifen schneiden- das Gr\u00fcn grob hacken und zur Deko aufheben.<\/p>\n<p>Nudeln kochen.<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebel und Sellerie in reichlich Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten. Tomatenmark zugeben und mit Balsamico abl\u00f6schen. Sobald der Essig verkocht ist die gegarten Linsen zugeben- eventuell auch etwas Wasser.<\/p>\n<p>Knoblauch und Wei\u00dfwein zugeben. Das Ganze 10- 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.
