Am Ende kurz die Salbeibl\u00e4tter mitbraten. Sellerie sch\u00e4len und kleinschneiden. In den Topf geben und mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen (m\u00f6glichst wenig, damit der Aufstrich nicht zu fl\u00fcssig wird). Tomaten und Muskat zugeben. Ca. 10 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen.
