{"id":301,"date":"2016-12-14T20:54:33","date_gmt":"2016-12-14T20:54:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/?p=301"},"modified":"2017-01-08T07:02:07","modified_gmt":"2017-01-08T07:02:07","slug":"nudeln-mit-brokkoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/?p=301","title":{"rendered":"Nudeln mit Brokkoli"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Diese Kombination hat Matze mal gekocht und sie ist so genial lecker, dass ich sie regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auf den Tisch bringe:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-303\" src=\"http:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tmp_22500-20161214_190448-52284885-595x335.jpg\" alt=\"tmp_22500-20161214_190448-52284885\" width=\"595\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tmp_22500-20161214_190448-52284885-595x335.jpg 595w, https:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tmp_22500-20161214_190448-52284885-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.susanvegan.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/tmp_22500-20161214_190448-52284885-960x540.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>500g Brokkoli<\/p>\n<p>500g Nudeln<\/p>\n<p>2 -3 Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n<p>100g Pinienkerne<\/p>\n<p>150-200g Rosinen<\/p>\n<p>Pfeffer, Salz, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/p>\n<p>Brokkoli putzen, in kleine R\u00f6schen zerteilen und in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche bissfest kochen (ca. 5 Minuten). Nudeln aufsetzen und in der Zwischenzeit Knoblauch sehr fein hacken und mit Salz vermischen (ich benutze daf\u00fcr einen M\u00f6rser). In einer Pfanne zuerst die Pinienkerne r\u00f6sten dann reichlich Oliven\u00f6l zugeben. Brokkoli, Knoblauch-Salz- Gemisch, Pfeffer und Rosinen zugeben und alles verr\u00fchren . Nudeln abgie\u00dfen und sofort mit dem Pfanneninhalt vermischen.
