Zuerst die Zwiebeln in reichlich Brat\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten, dann Lauch, Knoblauch und Karotten zugeben. Bei kleiner Flamme ca. 7-8 Minuten weiterd\u00fcnsten (wenn m\u00f6glich bei geschlossenem Deckel).<\/p>\n<p>Mais und Kichererbsen zugeben und dann alles w\u00fcrzen. Am Ende Sojamehl untermischen. So viel Semmelbr\u00f6sel und Hartweizengrie\u00df dazumischen bis eine nur noch leicht feuchte, gut formbare Masse entsteht.
