Gesch\u00e4lte, in Scheiben geschnittene M\u00f6hren und fein gew\u00fcrfelten Knoblauch kurz mitbraten. Die Nudeln zugeben und mit so viel Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen, dass alles gerade bedeckt ist. Bei geschlossenem Deckel ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. W\u00e4hrenddessen Petersilie und Schnittlauch kleinschneiden, Radieschen vierteln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nudeln salzen und pfeffern und den Blattspinat unterr\u00fchren. Sojasahne zugeben und kurz mit erw\u00e4rmen.
