Zwischen zwei Holzl\u00f6ffel legen und f\u00e4cherf\u00f6rmig einschneiden (Die L\u00f6ffel verhindern, dass man aus Versehen durchschneidet&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffeln in eine geeignete Auflaufform legen und mit der H\u00e4lfte des \u00d6L gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig einpinseln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 25 Minuten backen. In der Zwischenzeit Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln, Knoblauch fein hacken und die Chili sehr klein schneiden. Alles mit Kokosmilch und hei\u00dfer Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche mischen, abgesp\u00fclte Linsen, Erbsen und Curry dazugeben. Leicht pfeffern und salzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kartoffeln aus dem Ofen nehmen und die Mischung angie\u00dfen. Mit Backpapier abdecken und ca. 25 Minuten weiterbacken.
