Dieses Rezept ist f\u00fcr eine gute Portion- koche ich immer nur f\u00fcr mich allein, weil es Mo leider nicht schmeckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150g Reisbandnudeln<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150g Tofu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Schalotte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 M\u00f6hren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Sojaso\u00dfe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 EL Tamarindenpaste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Sambal Olek<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Agavendicksaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 EL Reisessig<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Sesam\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Handvoll Bambussprossen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Handvoll Erdn\u00fcsse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Limette<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tofu in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, Schalotte und Knoblauchzehe sch\u00e4len und klein w\u00fcrfeln. Die M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und mit dem Sparsch\u00e4ler in Streifen schneiden. Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen und in feine Ringe schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sojaso\u00dfe, Tamarindenpaste, Sambal, Agavendicksaft und Reisesssig gut verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Pfanne den Tofu in Sesam\u00f6l gut anbraten. Schalotte und M\u00f6hren zugeben und ebenfalls kurz anbraten. Zum Schluss Lauchzwiebeln und Knoblauch kurz mitbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die abgetropften Nudeln dazugeben und die So\u00dfe darauf verteilen. Alles gut vermischen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Erdn\u00fcsse hacken.
