Entweder grob reiben oder mit einem Messer kleinhacken- etwa Reiskorngr\u00f6\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00f6hren und Sellerie sch\u00e4len und grob reiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln, Knoblauch ebenso. Zun\u00e4chst die Zwiebeln in reichlich Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten, nach ca 2 Minuten den Knoblauch dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Nun das Tomatenmark und die Gew\u00fcrze (Oregano, Thymian, Chili und Piment) in den Topf geben und etwas anbraten (2-3 Minuten). Mit dem Rotwein abl\u00f6schen , M\u00f6hren- und Sellerieraspel dazugeben, ebenso die Tomaten und den Blumenkohl. Bei geschlossenem Deckel ca. 25-30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Gegen Ende die Nudeln kochen und etwas vom Nudelwasser zur So\u00dfe geben.
