Die Walnusskerne hacken und in einer Pfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sellerie abgie\u00dfen und mit \u00d6l, Parmesan, etwas Zitronensaft, Pfeffer und bei Bedarf etwas Salz p\u00fcrieren. Die N\u00fcsse unterr\u00fchren und in ein Schraubglas geben.
