Oder probiere dieses Rezept:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500g Nudeln (am besten Bandnudeln, perfekt sind Pappardelle)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1kg Spargel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 Knoblauchzehen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>120g getrocknete Tomaten (in \u00d6l)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Pinienkerne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 EL Kapern<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ein Bund Basilikum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spargel putzen und unteres Drittel sch\u00e4len. In mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden. Knoblauch sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln, Tomaten in St\u00fccke schneiden (auch eher klein) und Basilkum in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nudeln aufstellen (Wasser gut salzen) und parallel beginnen: Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten. Zur Seite stellen. In derselben Pfanne Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und die Spargelst\u00fccke scharf anbraten (3-5 Minuten), Knoblauch, Tomaten und Kapern dazugeben und 2 Minuten weiterbraten. Eine Kelle Nudelwasser dazugeben. Mit Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen.
