Ungef\u00e4hr wie Reis sollte das Ergebnis aussehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gurke (mit Schale), Tomaten und Lauchzwiebeln waschen, putzen und kleinschneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oliven in Scheiben schneiden. Petersilie und Minze (abgezupfte B\u00e4ttchen) fein hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus den restlichen Zutaten das Dressing anr\u00fchren, alles mischen und mindestens eine Stunde durchziehen lassen.
