Die Zwiebel war quasi das Steak! Das war unfassbar lecker! Keine Ahnung wie das zubereitet wurde ? Und es war auch toll gew\u00fcrzt. Ich habe schon das ganze Internet durchsucht- aber, wie immer , wenn man mal wirklich was wissen will- kein Ergebnis!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vielleicht versuche ich einfach mal statt Blumenkohl Zwiebelscheiben zu nehmen- erscheint mir allerdings gewagt&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Blumenkohl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Basilikum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 TL Cayennepfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Messerspitze Zimt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe (fein gehackt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles zusammenr\u00fchren und genug \u00d6l dazu geben. Den Blumenkohl in ca.1,5 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden und beidseitig mit der Marinade einpinseln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 25- 30 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit aus 400g Sojajoghurt, 1 gestrichenem TL Salz, Pfeffer, 1 fein gehackter Knoblauchzehe, 2 EL Zitronensaft und 1\/2 TL Kurkuma eine So\u00dfe anr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die So\u00dfe zu den Steaks servieren.
