Reis kurz mitbraten und mit Wein abl\u00f6schen. Wenn der Wein verdunstet ist, etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche nachgie\u00dfen. Wieder warten, bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdampft ist (dabei immer r\u00fchren!) und wieder nachgie\u00dfen&#8230; Vorgang wiederholen bis der Reis weich ist. Zwischenzeitlich den Spinat grob hacken und am Ende unterr\u00fchren und zusammenfallen lassen. Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne ohne Fett r\u00f6sten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Risotto mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken, Margarine unterr\u00fchren und mit Pinienkernen bestreut servieren.
