Und die zeitliche Begrenztheit macht ihn noch begehrenswerter! Zur Abwechslung mal kein Pesto und auch kein Aufstrich- sondern eine Quiche. Auf zum Familientreffen an Ostern!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>330g Dinkelmehl 630<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>80g Wasser<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>140g Margarine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu einem Teig kneten und eine halbe Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400g Seidentofu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 geh\u00e4ufte EL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saft einer halben Zitrone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alles zusammen p\u00fcrieren .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Folgende Zutaten kleinschneiden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 Zwiebel (rot)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5-6 getrocknete Tomaten (in \u00d6l)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ca. 100g B\u00e4rlauch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit der p\u00fcrierten Masse vermengen. Teig in eine Formdr\u00fccken und die Masse darauf verteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Einige Cherrytomaten halbieren und verteilen (etwas eindr\u00fccken).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei 180 Grad Umluft ca.40 Minuten backen.
