In einem gro\u00dfen Topf etwa 7 Minuten in Salzwasser blanchieren. Mit einem Sieb herausfischen und 200ml Kochwasser zur Seite stellen. Im restlichen Wasser die Nudeln kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und feinw\u00fcrfeln, Knoblauch ebenso. In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne etwa 2 EL Brat\u00f6l erhitzen und die Zwiebel and\u00fcnsten. Das Tomatenmark zugeben und kurz mitr\u00f6sten. Mit Fenchelwasser abl\u00f6schen, Knoblauch und Rosinen zugeben und ein paar MInuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Fenchel und Kurkuma unterr\u00fchren und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Pinienkerne unterr\u00fchren und warmhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nudeln kochen und in einer kleinen Pfanne etwa 1 EL Brat\u00f6l erhitzen. Die Semmelbr\u00f6sel mit dem Zucker mischen und leicht salzen. Im \u00d6l goldbraun anr\u00f6sten (Achtung-will schnell anbrennen!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nudeln mit der So\u00dfe mischen, 1-2 EL Oliven\u00f6l unterr\u00fchren und 1-2 Minuten ziehen lassen.
