Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Eine Auflaufform mit der Butter einreiben und darauf dachziegelartig die Kartoffelscheiben auslegen (mehrere Lagen). Nun zur hei\u00dfen Br\u00fche und den Kernen alle anderen Zutaten geben und mixen (muss ein starker Mixer sein!). \u00dcber die Kartoffeln gie\u00dfen und bei 200 Grad Umluft eine Stunde backen. Schmeckt toll und ich vermisse auch keinen Ersatzk\u00e4se (wer m\u00f6chte, streut einfach vor dem Backen welchen dr\u00fcber).
