Die Kartoffeln und die Karotten ebenfalls sch\u00e4len und in ca 1&#215;1 cm kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die Paprika waschen und ebenso w\u00fcrfeln. Die Linsen unter flie\u00dfendem Wasser gr\u00fcndlich waschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebel in reichlich Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten. Knoblauch und Tomatenmark nur kurz mitbraten. Kartoffeln, Karotten, Paprika und Linsen zugeben und kurz weiterbraten. Mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Tomaten abl\u00f6schen. Die Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben, die H\u00e4lfte der Petersilie fein hacken und unterr\u00fchren. Etwa 25 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen.
