Ingwer und Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und beides sehr fein hacken. Die gesch\u00e4lten Karotten mit dem Sparsch\u00e4ler in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne (mit Deckel!) Ingwer und Knoblauch and\u00fcnsten, alles anderen Zutaten dazu und einmal aufkochen. Bei geschlossenem Deckel auf kleiner Flamme ca. 15- 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Ein- bis zweimal umr\u00fchren.
