Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in ca. 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Ergibt ca. 20 St\u00fcck. Auf Backpapier auslegen und beidseitig mit der \u00d6lmischung einpinseln. Bei 200 Grad Umluft ca. 20 Minuten backen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gurke sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Fleisch der Avocados in einen Mixbeh\u00e4lter geben, dazu 1 EL Zitronensaft, 1 TL Curry, Pfeffer und Salz. Alles p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und in Streifen schneiden. Die Kresse mit der Schere abschneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelscheiben kurz abk\u00fchlen lassen.
