Den Teig in die Form geben (reicht f\u00fcr 2 Baguettes) und mit etwas Mehl best\u00e4uben. Ein Gef\u00e4\u00df mit Wasser in den Ofen stellen und die Baguettes bei 250 Grad (bei mir hei\u00dft die Einstellung &#8220;max&#8221;) Umluft 25 Minuten backen.
