Den fein gehackten Knoblauch und das Tomatenrnark kurz mitbraten. Die passierten Tomaten, die abgetropften Bohnen und die Gew\u00fcrze (bis auf den Wei\u00dfweinessig) zugeben. 20 Minuten leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen. Am Ende den Wei\u00dfweinessig unterr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Pfeffer nochmals abschmecken.
