Jetzt habe ich entdeckt, dass Austernpilze genauso gut schmecken. Mensch kann sie mit Kartoffeln zubereiten oder einfach pur genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zwei Handvoll Austernpilze<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Kartoffeln<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>etwas Oliven\u00f6l  (ca 1,5 EL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>etwas ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver (ca. 1 TL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 Knoblauchzehe- sehr fein gehackt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zweig Rosmarin  (oder 1\/4 TL getrocknet)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zweig Thymian (oder 1\/4 TL getrocknet)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilze putzen und in mundgerechte St\u00fccke zupfen, Kartoffel waschen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden- alles mit \u00d6l und Gew\u00fcrzen und Zweigen vermengen.
