Mit Schnur zubinden. \u00dcber einem Wasserbad d\u00fcnsten- hab ich 40 Minuten gemacht, danach waren sie total eklig wabbelig. Also noch 30 Minuten bei 180 Grad Umluft in den Backofen. Ausschalten und 10 Minuten nachziehen lassen. Dann direkt auswickeln. In der Pfanne mit \u00d6l anbraten und parallel die So\u00dfe zusammenr\u00fchren (sie schmeckt wirklich wie bei &#8220;Susi`s Bruzzelstube&#8221; (so viele Fehler in einem Namen..), bzw. wie ich sie mir vorstelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500g passierte Tomaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Tomatenmark<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 EL Curry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Smokey Paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Agavendicksaft<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Balsamicoessig (dunkel)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Prise Cayennepfeffer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Prise Zimt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>alles ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So\u00dfe \u00fcber die in St\u00fccke geschnittene &#8220;Wurst&#8221; geben und mit Currypulver best\u00e4uben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nF\u00fcr Mo ausprobiert- konnte ihn geschmacklich voll \u00fcberzeugen!
