Kleingeschnittenen Knoblauch und fein gew\u00fcrfelte Chili zugeben. Die gewaschenen Linsen hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit der doppelten Menge Wasser aufgie\u00dfen. Etwa 12 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen bis die Linsen sehr weich sind. Kreuzk\u00fcmmel, Tahin und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche unterr\u00fchren und nochmals aufkochen. Sojajoghurt und den Saft der Limette dazugeben und verr\u00fchren.
