Zwiebel und Knoblauch h\u00e4uten und kleinschneiden. Paprika und Peperoni in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Die getrockneten Tomaten sehr klein schneiden. Die Bohnen in ein Sieb gie\u00dfen und im gleichen Topf die Nudeln in Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche kochen. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und zuerst die Zwiebel and\u00fcnsten. Den Knoblauch und die Paprika dazugeben und ein paar Minuten braten.Tomaten, Peperoni und getrocknete Tomaten zugeben und noch etwas weiterk\u00f6cheln lassen. Safran und Paprikapulver einr\u00fchren und mit Salz, Pfeffer und eventuell etwas Cayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die abgetropften Nudeln und die Bohnen untermischen. Alles noch einmal durcherhitzen.
