Die Paprika waschen, putzen und ebenfalls w\u00fcrfeln. Die Chilischote sehr klein w\u00fcrfeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Sojaschnetzel mit so wenig wie m\u00f6glich hei\u00dfer Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche quellen lassen (falls sie doch nass sind- gut ausdr\u00fccken!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordentlich Oliven\u00f6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf erhitzen und die Sojaschnetzel anbraten. Das Gem\u00fcse zugeben und mitbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen (nicht viel Salz- es kommt ja noch die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche dazu!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nudeln dazugeben und mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Hafersahne aufgie\u00dfen.
