Ein paar Zweige Rosmarin und Thymian passen auch sehr gut dazu. Auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes blech geben und bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 25 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebel, den Knoblauch und den Lauch putzen und sehr fein schneiden. Alles zusammen im Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten und am Ende auch den Reis zugeben und kurz mitbraten. Mit Wein abl\u00f6schen und  anschlie\u00dfend die Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche, Pfeffer und Salz zugeben. Bei geschlossenem Deckel leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen. Sp\u00e4ter den Deckel abnehmen und immer mal umr\u00fchren. Wenn der Risotto fertig ist, die Hefeflocken unterr\u00fchren.
