Paprikapulver und kleingeschnittenen Knoblauch zugeben und mit Essig abl\u00f6schen. Die Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen und die gesch\u00e4lten, gew\u00fcrfelten Kartoffeln dazugeben. Den K\u00fcmmel im M\u00f6rser zersto\u00dfen und mit den Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern in den Topf geben. Kr\u00e4ftig mit Pfeffer und Salz w\u00fcrzen. Bei geschlossenem Deckel etwa 25 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Frischecreme anr\u00fchren (eher etwas mehr Joghurt nehmen) und klein gehackte Kr\u00e4uter untermischen. Zum Kartoffelgulasch servieren.
