Urspr\u00fcnglich nicht vegan und f\u00fcr die Zubereitung in der Wundermaschine gedacht (Gr\u00fc\u00dfe an Doro!). Die Sch\u00e4rfe kann individuell dosiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100g Erdn\u00fcsse (ger\u00f6stet und gesalzen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20g Brat\u00f6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 rote Chilischote (auf Wunsch auch ohne Kerne)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zwiebel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 rote Spitzpaprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Kurkuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0,5- 1,5 TL Sambal Oelek (am besten an die gew\u00fcnschte Sch\u00e4rfe rantasten)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0,5 TL Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100g Frischecreme (halb Sojajoghurt, halb Cashewmus)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Bund Koriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250g Vollkorn-Linguine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erdn\u00fcsse grob hacken. Chili, Knoblauch, Zwiebel und Paprika grob w\u00fcrfeln. Alles zusammen kurz in \u00d6l anbraten und anschlie\u00dfend die Gew\u00fcrze, Salz , Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und die Frischecreme dazugeben und aufkochen. Auf kleiner Flamme etwas 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Umr\u00fchren, damit nichts anbrennt! W\u00e4hrenddessen die Linguine kochen. Die So\u00dfe grob p\u00fcrieren und mit den tropfnassen Nudeln mischen.
