Ich habe es gestern ausprobiert und sehr lecker gefunden!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 Spitzkohl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 M\u00f6hren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Stange Lauch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zwiebel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 St\u00fcck Ingwer (ca. 3 cm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 rote Chilischote<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 EL Sesam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 EL Curry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 TL rote Currypaste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Dose Kokosmilch (400ml)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Glas Kichererbsen (240g)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Bund Koriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfeffer und Salz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst den Spitzkohl waschen, vierteln und den Strunk entfernen. Die Viertel in Streifen schneiden. M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. Den Lauch putzen und in Ringe schneiden. Chili entkernen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einem Topf \u00d6l erhitzen und zun\u00e4chst Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Chili and\u00fcnsten. Sesam, Curry und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel kurz mitr\u00f6sten. Gem\u00fcse zugeben und mit Kokosmilch und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche (1\/4 Liter Wasser mit dem TL Br\u00fchpulver) auff\u00fcllen. Currypaste einr\u00fchren. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und ca. 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die abgetropften Kichererbsen dazugeben und noch ca. 5 Minuten weiterk\u00f6cheln- bis das Gem\u00fcse gar ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit den Koriander waschen und fein hacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Curry mit Koriander bestreut servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nDieses Rezept hat mir Steffi mitgebracht.
