Parallel dazu die Nudeln in reichlich Salzwasser kochen. 2 Kellen Nudelwasser in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen, Mandelmus unterr\u00fchren, Blattspinat dazu und w\u00fcrzen. Ein paar Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen und bei Bedarf noch etwas Nudelwasser zugeben.
