Ich esse meist nur meinen Bratling mit Salat, da die Br\u00f6tchen mir einfach nicht schmecken. Die Margarine schmelzen und mit Hafermilch mischen (sollte dann alles lauwarm sein). Alles zehn Minuten miteinander verkneten. Den Teig zudecken und 1 h an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. Vier Br\u00f6tchen formen und mit einem angefeuchteten Geschirrtuch abgedeckt wieder 45 Minuten gehen lassen.. Mit etwas Hafermilch bestreichen und mit Sesam bestreuen. Bei 220 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze (vorgeheizt) ungef\u00e4hr 15 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nMo liebt Burger.
