Aus dem  \u00d6l und den Gew\u00fcrzen eine Marinade anr\u00fchren und sehr gr\u00fcndlich mit den R\u00f6schen vermengen (am besten in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel mit Deckel geben und kr\u00e4ftig sch\u00fctteln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Blumenkohlr\u00f6schen auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Blech verteilen und bei 180 Grad Umluft 15-25 Minuten backen. Es kommt darauf an wie gro\u00df bzw. klein die R\u00f6schen sind.
