In eine Springform dr\u00fccken und einen kleinen Rand hochziehen. Bei 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze 15 Minuten vorbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Champignons halbieren, Lauchzwiebeln kleinschneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die restlichen Zutaten in ein hohes Gef\u00e4\u00df geben und p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Masse auf dem vorgebackenen Boden verteilen und die halbierten Champignons mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben daraufsetzen. Lauchzwiebeln dar\u00fcberstreuen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei 180 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze 20 Minuten backen. Auf 150 Grad reduzieren und weitere 15 Minuten backen. Vor dem Anschneiden noch kurz ruhen lassen.
